Curat[her] Inc. offers creative design services including, but not limited to:

• Brand identity and logo design

• Website design and development 

• Monthly creative support through our Creative Dept. Program

• Visual strategy and consulting

All services are customized to client needs and delivered digitally.

We do not sell physical goods, and we do not offer in-person services.

3. Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing a service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your order

• Provide accurate billing information

• Abide by the payment terms specified in your proposal, contract, or invoice

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for unpaid invoices.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized, time-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a project has started.

Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice. However, any deposits or payments made for work already performed are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided on this Site—including text, design elements, branding, images, and logos—are the property of Curat[her] Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written consent.

Final deliverables created for clients may be used by us for portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Content & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, approvals, and access needed for us to complete the services. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions or missed deadlines on the client’s part.

You agree that all materials submitted to us (e.g., logos, copy, images) are owned by you or licensed for use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curat[her] Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site

• Delays or interruptions in service

• Any third-party service or platform we integrate with (e.g., Wix, Stripe, PayPal)

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services.

8. Third-Party Services & Links
