What We Offer

At Curat[her], we specialize in custom brand strategy, visual identity design, and high-end web design. We do not sell any physical products—all of our offerings are digital, service-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Purchase Currency

All pricing is listed in United States Dollars (USD). Please ensure you are aware of any exchange rates or international processing fees that may apply if you are purchasing from outside the U.S.

Payment Processing

We securely process all payments through Stripe and PayPal. These platforms are fully PCI-compliant and encrypted for your safety. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Fulfillment Policies

Because we offer digital creative services, we do not have shipping or physical delivery processes. However, we do have the following fulfillment and service policies in place:

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered or time booked. All sales are final. If you have concerns about your project or need revisions, we encourage open communication to resolve it collaboratively.

Delivery Policy

Project deliverables are fulfilled digitally via our client protal (Azura), email, shared folders, or links to live designs (e.g., Wix websites, Canva files, etc). Turnaround times vary by scope and will be outlined in your client agreement.

Return + Cancellation Policy

As we do not sell physical goods, there is no return process. All digital services are non-returnable. Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice. However, any deposits or payments made for work already performed are non-refundable.

Legal & Export Restrictions

Our services are available to clients worldwide. However, we do not work with businesses involved in illegal, unethical, or restricted industries, including but not limited to: firearms, adult content, tobacco/vape, or fraudulent financial services.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. When you work with Curat[her], any personal or business information you share with us (e.g., emails, brand documents, images) is used solely for the purpose of completing your project and providing service. We never share or sell your data to third parties.
